May 10, 2018 – Draw Tap GIS has successfully supported the Thompson Policy Institute (TPI) throughout a special research project focused on the variability in school districts in California and the access to general education for students with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism. On Monday May 7, 2018, TPI held its annual DisAbility Summit at Chapman University’s Musco Center. The work completed by Patrick Ward, Draw Tap GIS President, was featured during the “Mapping access to general education: The landscape in California and Orange County” presentation. Draw Tap GIS is excited to continue to support the research conducted by TPI and their mission to serve students and their families.
